Almost all of the spyware programs can be removed after they have attached themselves to your computer’s files. There are many anti-spyware programs out there that will scan all of your files for you and then give you a report to let you know what it found in the way of spyware programs.

These programs will generally take care of the offending software by removing them from your computer, but they will give you the option of whether to fix them or not. You must decide which ones should be deleted and which ones, if any, you want to keep.

The reason you’re given the option is because some of these spyware programs have attached itself to other programs where they share the same files. By deleting the spyware components, you could be deleting other program files along with it.

When your anti-spyware program can’t seem to remove a certain piece of spyware, you can usually find a remover tool on the internet for that particular program. There are a ton of anti-spyware programs and scans out there created to fight your spyware problems.
